This information was not easy to come by.  In fact finding it took extensive research considering my limited research skills.  Nobody knows the name of this company, it was a ghost.  The ROYAL EMPIRE INVEST CORP TRUSTEE Formerly the Beachfront, to be   referred to from here on as the REICT.

 

The REICT is owned by a for profit corporation.  As of 26 Sep 2008, they have been on administrative dissolution in the state ofFlorida.  There may be some sort of race to reactivate this corporation for administrative purposes.  We at the NCNCHINC have a wonderful message of hope to share, the state of the REICT may not be a permanent one.

After research we have found out that the management of the REICT if change not necessarily in personnel but in strategic protective deployment, as far as how it is run could make a big difference at County and City level.

Strategically law enforcement will be easier and more effective as far as population control  at major events at the REICT.  We all know that we have to take risks at some point to help stimulate the local economy.  The REICT is one of the better properties here in the black community ofHighlandsCounty, as it is not a part of the Southside Redevelopment Area of Avon Park and is a part of the plan and scope. 

We need a fully and safely run operation at the  REICT to change the way the  demographics is looked upon to bring in a  good marketable line of entertainment that cannot be rendered to the population inside the city limits, because the infrastructure is not developed and need not be.

We at the NCNCHINC would love to place some parts of the management responsibilities on the NCNCHINC.  We think under the circumstances the REICT a very small privately owned for profit corporation would benefit by becoming a part of the Coalition of the NCNCHINC, which is a movement for social independence in black communities across the country.

With properly promoted events consisting of diverse entertainment to support a happy and entertained community.  Let us face it, not only do people need help with food and shelter during hard economic times they will sought out for entertainment.  We want to provide a safe and controlled environment to reduce violent crimes at the venue.

Rev. Ella is praying on this, she believes a homeless shelter type setup with festivities would attract good cliental, be a profitable venture and stop the need to pay taxes on the properties as a non profit entity under the NCNCHINC umbrella.  We do not know how deep the pockets are of the REICT.   In any case we plan to contact these people to find out if we can assist in any way.  If these properties are lost due to taxes, it could harm our unified efforts.  They are behind on their taxes.
