2011 Tour de France: Stage 1 Results

Today marked the start of the 98th Tour de France where 198 riders from 22 teams started their 3430km journey of France.  The riders tackled a 191.5km route from Passage du Gois to Mont des Alouettes.  It was the first time since 2008 that the Tour didn’t start with an ITT.  The stage was roughly flat until the last 40kms that started to get bumpy, ultimately ending in a Cat-4 climb.It was a rough start for Omega Pharma-Lotto’s Andre Greipel who took a tumble in the neutral section, thus...Read Full Story

Charles Wegelius Finishes Stage 4

Stage 4 of the 2010 Tour de France was a 94 mile ride through France that ended in Reims.  Charles Wegelius competed the ride in 03:35:37.  He ranked #170 for the stage.
