ZANESVILLE: Funeral services for Charlotte Rae Porter will be today at 11 a.m. at The Snouffer Funeral Home Chapel 1150 W. Military Rd., Zanesville with Pastor Steve Dupler officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
