She also appeared on Days of Our Lives as Eve Donovan from 1987 to 1991. FCC Fines ABC For NYPD Blue 2003 Shower Scene With Charlotte Ross
Phew - there were a lot of abbreviations in that title! The FCC has just proposed (on Jan. 25th) a $1.4 million fine regarding the now-famous (or infamous?) shower scene in the February 25, 2003 broadcast of Emmy Award-winning American TV police drama NYPD Blue. In the scene, Det. Connie McDowell, played by Charlotte Ross, fiddled with the bathtub faucet, derobed, lingered at the mirror and towel rack, and then got into the shower. Nude.
