Body Joints Cracking, Aching???
It aches because of the sudden change of the weather its like getting shocked. The cracks maybe you better see a therapist for a better answer & you can even have a massage they can tell if somethings wrong with your bones & joints.

you need to see your doctor for further advice as this could be many thingsSome generally common things in 15 year olds…scoliosis, if your back is REALLY bothering you…Lyme disease also very frequently causes joint pain. Could be from overexertion (during exercise).. Any other symptoms? If you’re not feeling well, body aches are associated with the flu… any injuries lately? I can’t really guess more without more information. I’d definitely see a doctor if its causing that much discomfort.
