
At the center of the latest discussion on teenage bullying is the case of
Chelsea Steele, a 17-year-old cheerleader at Sprayberry high school, who was arrested for steeling money from three teenage girls, one of which was in a wheelchair.
The girls were selling t-shirts at a local pool when Steele approached them and stole a box containing $147. Police caught Steele and three other girls fleeing the scene in a white Ford Taurus.
