Lost star Henry Ian Cusick has settled out of court with a female crewmember who accused the actor of sexual harassment. Cusick, who stars as Desmond in the hit U.S. series, faced legal action from Chelsea Stone in April after allegedly caressing her buttocks and back while the pair worked on the show. The documents, filed at a Los Angeles court, stated that Stone had been fired from her production role just days after the alleged incident. According to TMZ.com , a young lady named Chelsea Stone claims Cusick touched her inappropriately while she was working on the set of "Lost." Stone told police that Cusick placed his hand on her butt and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, also says Cusick "placed his face on top of [her] breasts, moving his face from side to side."
