Chelsea Stone has just been sued by former ABC employee Chelsea Stone on Friday, April 24 alleging that Cusick sexually harassed and molested her.

Henry Ian Cusack is a Scottish-Peruvian actor of stage, television and film. He became known for his role as Desmund Hume on the television series “Lost” where he received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination.

According to Stone, Cusick touched her back and made moaning sounds. She said that during her work on the production of “Lost,” Cusick placed his hand on her bum and massaged her back while making suggestive moaning sounds. Also, she also stated that Cusick placed his face on top of her breasts, moving his face from side to side. This allegation was after she said that Cusick allegedly fondled her breasts with his hands.

Stone further stated that she reported the incident to her supervisor but the latter told her that she should just stay clear of the actor. She was an employee of ABC since the year 1997, however, after twelve (12) days from the alleged incident, she lost her job. She included as defendants ABC and Grass Skirt Productions in her lawsuit.

Chelsea Stone is seeking for unspecified damages. On the part of Cusick, his representative did not give any comment.
