General Motors will be replacing the 120-volt charging cords for most of the Chevrolet Volts it has sold. Apparently there is no need for alarm and the 240-volt cords are not part of the program. Some owners have reported the 120-volt cords overheating, but GM says the replacement isn’t because of that.
