It's not been a pretty day at the 2012 Masters for the three Kansas City area golfers. Chez Reavie, Tom Watson and Gary Woodland have all struggled mightily in the first round of play, and could find themselves in danger of missing the weekend cut.  

With the first round of the 2012 Masters well underway, the three Kansas City area golfers in the field of 92 are well behind the leaders. Sweden's Henrik Stenson has gotten off to a blistering pace, as he is already at -5 through only 8 holes.

Martin Laird and Chez Reavie golfed as a pair Friday because their third, Mark O'Meara, had withdrawn with a rib injury. They played through the trio ahead of them.
