Several programs are underway to catch those who victimize children via child porn. In this case, Operation Predator, a nationwide ICE initiative to protect children from sexual predators, including those who travel overseas for sex with minors, Internet child pornographers, criminal alien sex offenders, and child sex traffickers was the vehicle to catch a pediatrician who engaged in child porn. University of New Hampshire (UNH) researchers reported in the journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics that 42% of Internet users between the ages of 10-17 said they had seen at least some online pornography in the previous year.
