Like most people I’m sickened by anyone who harms a child. That is why I became angered when I read about the following news story.
A woman was videotaped using a high-pressure water hose at a carwash in Orlando Florida on her 2 ½ year old daughter. The hose which spays water with a force of about 1,200 pounds per square inch is capable of tearing skin.
