Hello all I am new to the world of Chinese Crested lovers!!! Am eager to learn all about them am considering breeding. Would love some feed back!!
do you not think there are enough chinese crested available through rescue sites? there is no need to breed them if you are new to the wonderful world of chinese crested.
I am new to this breed as well and have found very little information about the day to day care and issues that may arise with this breed. The puppy is a hairy hairless and according to the breeder, they can be very high maintenance. I would like some feedback from some other long time owners our there. Please share!! Thanks
Here is a link to lots of information on grooming and skin care. I hope it can help you with your new pup! ;-) http://www.chinesecrestedcrush.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=71

I just rescued a hairy hairless and need info!!!!
We just adopted a year-old Chinese Crested male, a very tiny one, barely 5 pounds, who is affectionate, well-adjusted, and energetic. I am learning how to care for him with great difficulty; pet shops and veterinarians know very little about the breed, so any input from this forum is helpful. He is pretty agressive around our house with our golden retriever and our two cats, who hate him. He is certainly top dog in only one week at home!
Just wanted to let you all know I found the most adorable handbag that looks like a Chinese Crested dog!! Who would ever have imagined???? They are from FuzzyNation and are such a hoot!!! Check out their website and give one to all of your Crested loving friends!!
Oops!! Forgot to put their web address up for you all......... it's www.fuzzynation.com. ENJOY!!!
