Photo Agency. Defying all odds, Mischa Barton has been hard at work on the set of her new CW show, The Beautiful Life , despite her reported breakdown just weeks ago. The actress filmed scenes on location at New York City Hall today, looking healthy and vibrant in a spangled minidress by Versace and a pair of studded, buckled boots.
