There is nothing quite like the deep, rich flavor of fine dark chocolate. While dark chocolate is still not as common as white or milk chocolate, it is becoming more popular for both its taste and health benefits. Dark chocolate comes in many forms including bars, chips, baking bars, frostings, truffles, hot cocoa and even mousse. Dark chocolate is different than milk or white chocolate in that it has a higher concentration of cocoa which is the same thing that gives dark chocolate its high antioxidant value.
