a man with a ong history of increased blood cholesterol levels has to have part of his carotid artery……?
D. the carotid bodies are sensitive to partial pressure of O2 chagesThe correct answer is D. The carotid artery is very sensitive to changes in the levels of oxygen with in the the blood stream. When a carotid endarterectomy is performed part of the carotid artery is removed and therefore part of the sensory biocomputer is removed in the process. Due to the removal of this integral part the respiratory rate may not increase to increase oxygen levels when they are low as the chemoreceptors are missings or damaged. Hope this helps. What drugs are usually safe to take during pregnancy? Anti-depressants? Ambien? Konopin? Tylenol? etc?
I would not take any medication unless extremely necessary until you see your Dr. I know in the 1st trimester you shouldn’t take much and as your pregnancy progresses their is more you can take but I would take advice from only your Dr.I really think you should refrain from taking any type of drug while pregnant even Tylenol. they say your suppose to cut down your caffeine too……

I don’t think it’s fair to the baby inside you to be medicated…it’s a brand new life and it’s growing inside you. you wouldn’t want to stunt it’s growth process…..Well I am a controlled asthmatic. While pregnant with my son I used the inhaled steroids (Salbutamol-Flow vent). They didnt affect him at all. I also took tylenol for my sore back. The safest pain medication I heard of is Tylenol. As for the other medications I would talk to your doctor. Good Luck!Tylenol you can deffinatly take when you are pregnant. I was in the hospital the other day due to false labor and my doctor was going to give me ambien to help me sleep but i refused. I am almost 38wks. Not sure if it is safe to take before this stage or not. As for anti-depressants they do have safe ones that you can take while pregnant but as for which ones i am not sure of course no medicine other than prenantals are really 100% safe so you want to take as less as possible. Hope this helps a little and good luckI am very experience in this with my wife. All of the issues that you talked about, we have delt with and we have 5 children. Do not just stop taking anything. That would be bad.
As for the asthma. Our first baby…. the doctor would not let my wife take any meds for her lungs. That child is healthy now, but was very small. If you can’t breath, the baby can’t breath. Oxygen is very important. With the others, we stayed away from steroids and used the least aggressive meds that we could.
As for the anxiety, talk to your doctor. He may have some good ideas. There are new things coming out everyday.Drugs during pregnancy, rule of thumb, less is obviously best. I know of many woman who have had to take antidepressants during pregnancy. A close friend of mine is an asthmatic and of course took her meds during all five of her pregnancies. I am a diabetic and that brings on problems of it’s own. Each pregnancy is different, as each woman. Your doctor will determine the safest combination of medications to keep you and your unborn child healthy. You will have to be closely monitored as well as your baby. But you can and will have a healthy outcome. I would advise you before trying to get pregnant to sit down and talk to your doctor. Express your concerns and plan the best way to handle all of these medical issues. Planning is best. If you become pregnant, don’t be too alarmed as well. See a doctor asap and go from there. Good luck.No one one here can give you a safe enough answer. Talk to your doctor. Talk to another doctor too to get another opinion. Talk to your pharmacists, or a variety of them from different stores that have pharmacy’s you can contact people at. Get the answers from people who work in that type of field and deal with those important questions. Make a list of medications (perscribed, AND over the counter meds)/foods/mulitvitamins that they tell you are unsafe…a make a list of the ones they tell you are safe. Ask if they have lists already made up.

Anti-depressants are usually a no no. But in some cases they may be nessesary. Don’t forget your moods throughout the pregnancy will have an impact on the child. This is something you have to talk to your doctor about, and something you may have to make the best educated choice.

Most drugs have a potential for harm (unless we know for sure otherwise), as we do not know if they cause harm or not….you can’t very well test pharmacutical medications on a pregnant women like you can on mice.

Also something else you might want to take into consideration. Keep an eye on the things you eat…as any chemicals contained within the food maybe transfered to the growing child. Breating air in the city (all the exuast, and smog), is very unhealthy for the babe.

Best of luck.Dear, I took Zoloft my whole last pregnancy and the doc said it was fine and would have no effect on the baby………She is going on 4 and makes me laugh every day…………No problems with anything…………medication is a quick fix. you need to cure your depression. medication may make you feel good but over the long run you are just making yourself less healthy. an inhaler for your asthma probably will be fine because i don’t think that it goes directly into your bloodstream. it sounds to me like you might have a very poor diet. cut out starches and any high fructose corn syrups/sugar based foods. i would try to eat more natural foods. steak, hamburger, chicken, turkey, beans, LOTS of vegetables. just follow the food pyramid. i think that you will find that you may be a victim of American pill culture and that many of your medications may cause some of the health problems you have been having. what may relieve your allergies may cause your child’s liver to become underdeveloped. but also don’t just stop taking them. wane yourself off of them. where as you would take two pills a day of one medication take one an a half. medication should not be taken unless there is no other option. messing with your bodies chemical composition almost never leaves completely harmless results. some medications can even cause infertility. keep that in mind.

Crypto Fascism AMERICAN GOVERNMENT & GLOBALIST AGENDA part 6/12 “FDA”

cryptofascism.wordpress.com … This is a special part of the series as this organization is currently causing a lot of physical harm in America. The FDA in my opinion, is corrupt. Scientists working for the FDA have written letters about the corruption going on in the FDA. Aspartame should never have been approved, don’t eat this stuff unless you want cancer. Of course corruption, is the new COOL. The United States like other countries in history can fall prey to fascism if we don’t stay educated. All of the content in the video has been created by me. History of little black dress

Article by Lilyhan

The popularity of the little black dress came through certain stages of depression. This type of dress was previously worn by the Hollywood celebrities in the movie and in their parties. There were many film directors who like to make use of this type of dress in their shoot because the black color used to get distorted in the screen and it used to get botched with the process of color. But as the movie celebrities continued wearing the black dress so the popularity of this type of dress increased during that time. Also after World War II and after the rationing of textile, the black was not considered to be a rationed color and because of this the popularity of the black one increased. After the World War II, the sexual conservatism and the new look of Christian Dior, the black dress popularity came down and it began to appear as a uniform. In the Hollywood movies also fallen woman were shown in it. After that women again stated to dress in colorful colors. When Audrey Hepburn’s movie “Breakfast at Tiffany” came in 1961, it again became popular among the people. At that time it was more popular among the young generation people rather than the other generation. The dress of Hepburn was designed by Hubert de Givency which he presented in his first collection in 1952. Hepburn used to wear different design of the little black dress but it only became popular in the movie in 1961. The little black dress that was designed by Bill Blass in 1970 was designed making use of lace which gives it a feminine touch to the dress. But 1970 was known as the time of disco and bright color and because of this the black color was not so much popular. When 1980 came people were busy in making money and so it forced then to wear more black dress so that they can maintain a professional look. During that time the dress designers used to design the little black dress with broad shoulder and peplum. When 1990 came that time was considered to the era of simplicity. During that different types of dresses were available in the market. This type of dresses was designed in a unique manner by the designer which they used to design in different length. During that time the they were worn with any kind of accessories.
