Looks like yet another opening day starter for the Redskins finds himself being placed on Injured Reserve.
Tight End Chris Cooley, who’s been battling a balky knee since training camp, was placed on Injured Reserve (IR) today by the Redskins, ending his 2011 season. He finishes the year with only eight receptions for 65 yards in five games played.
