Chris Evert -- Helps hubby Greg Norman win
Chris Evert is back in the news, helping husband Greg Norman in his golf tournaments. Chris Evert was a world-class tennis player.
But she's making waves in a separate sport now, with golfer Greg Norman crediting his marriage to her as helping him regain his game.
From an interview with Norman at The Houston Chronicle:
But maybe it’s no coincidence this came just a month after his marriage to Evert. They were, in fact, still on their honeymoon.
"Everything I like to do, she loves to do,” Norman said Tuesday. “We do everything together. She wants to learn things, and I want to learn things. She’s a teacher, and I’m a teacher. She’s a giver, and I’m a giver.”
Had she been around in 1986 or 1996, she might have given this psychologically flawed golfer some of her Ice Maiden tennis toughness.
