The queen of the Cycling track simply eased into the semi's with a faultless 2-0 victory in the 1/4 final.Chris Hoy in the Mens 1/4 final also won his heat and is on course for his target of 3 golds at these Olympic games. Scot Chris Hoy became the greatest Scottish Olympian taking his 2nd Gold medal in Beijing to add to his one in Athens....and the chances are pretty high he may be adding to that! Also qualified for the 6 man final was Ross Edgar who had to miss out in the Team Pursuit so was quite rightly overjoyed with this result.
