Rams bring back their solid long snapper in Chris Massey and depth at running back in Kenneth Darby.

Both players were with the Rams last season.  Both players should play mostly on special teams, but Darby is currently the backup to Steven Jackson until the Rams draft or sign another running back.  Massey signed a 4 year deal for 4.4 million dollars, which makes him a very highly paid long snapper.  But, Massey is as solid as they come with the long snap, so it makes sense for the Rams to lock him up and the money means very little with this year being an uncapped year.
