I just demoted Chris Simms.  To make a valid playoff run and not be one and done, we need to prep our backup QB.  To do so this late in the season means we need a blow-out game or three so TB can get the needed reps.  So we need more than just a win this Sunday against KC.  We need a blowout! The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed punter Sam Paulescu to replace injured Dirk Johnson. Johnson pulled a hamstring during last Sunday's loss at Atlanta and was placed on injured reserve. Paulescu was signed Tuesday. He was released by Washington on Nov. 14 after appearing in one game. He has played in 12 career games with the Redskins, Denver and Dallas.
