Reid was arrested by police regarding a rape investigation at a Washington State University sorority house. He was arrested on September 19th, 2007.
He has been charged with second-degree rape, attempted residential burglary, first-degree burglary, and residential burglary. Yikes.

Jack Venice's celebrity status, or at least notoriety, is definitely going to increase press attention on this rape trial.“The fact that one of the assailants is apparently a porn actor lends some extra factor of interest to it … but anytime a person is assaulted on College Hill, anytime someone is raped is a serious matter for us and I think it deserves a certain amount of attention,” Whitman County Prosector Denis Tracy said before the trial.
