NY Mag reported last week that lawyers for celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe sent T-shirt designer Christopher Sauvé a cease-and-desist letter over the creation of a shirt that featured two of Zoe's most-used catchphrases: "I die," and "Bananas." Apparently Ms. Zoe had trademarked the use of those words, which is beyond comprehensibility. Is she also going to sue Gwen Stefani for the retroactive spelling of the word in "Hollaback Girl"?
