Christoph Waltz Wins Best Supporting Actor at 2010 Academy Awards


The first award of the night has been handed out, and it's for Christoph Waltz. He took home Best Supporting Actor for his work in Inglourious Basterds.

He thanked first of all Quentin Tarantino, Brad Pitt, Diane Kruger, and everyone else within the film, including Universal and the Weinstein brothers. It was a moving speech, and a fine way to sstart the evening.

"There's no way I could ever thank you enough," said Waltz, "so let me start right now: thank you." Congrats to Waltz and all involved!
