my diet is extremely good & best.
but I dont have insomnia even its reverse I have Somnolence,I indicate a robust want for slumber, or sleeping for unusually prolonged periods.
I have abnormal sweating.
I cant do anything at all due to the fact I always really feel definitely tired.
I do have tremor in my palms.
I take anti-depressant medcines recommended by my psychiatrist wich are :prozac & lamotrigin
to my fantastic astonishment ,according to my hematology check I have Hypothyroidism so why I have abnormal sweating and trembling?

continual tiredness/”ME” is an imaginary sickness, so referred to as “ME” is just laziness.
you should chat to your document about this 
it might be a side impact of your anti-depressants?
