Here's the video of a story from the local Fox affiliate in Texas.
That's not all. Evidently every summer, chupacabra pictures come out of everywhere.
"In Cuero, you see the pictures everywhere," said Cpl. Brandon Riedel, who shot video of what he believes is el chupacabra with his police car dash board camera.
It's clear that chupacabras are real, but what the hell are these goat suckers?!
