Ciara Rocks Bondage-Inspired Cutout Dress

Ciara smiled for waiting photographers.
It looks like Ciara had a fun Tuesday evening! The beautiful R&B singer and occasional Riccardo Tisci muse tweeted that she'd planned to attend Victoria's Secret's "What Is Sexy?" event, but ended up skipping it in favor of an evening with friends.

Ciara obviously didn't want to waste an evening's worth of styling, so she and her friends headed to Katsuya, where paparazzi were more than happy to catch shots of Ciara's racy cutout dress and shimmering Giuseppe Zanotti peep-toe booties.

According to Ciara's Twitter feed, the evening ended with she and her friends listening to music (and drawing the cops) in an L.A. parking lot. All in all, a good night.
