Alyssa Milano isn't the Boss. She's the bride!

The Charmed actress and CAA talent agent David Bugliari became engaged on Dec. 18 after dating for more than a year, her rep confirms to E! News.

Alyssa Milano, who recently was featured in a nine-episode arc on My Name Is Earl, was once engaged to Party of Five star Scott Wolf and had an 11-month marriage to singer-songwriter Cinjun Tate in 1999.

No word as yet on a wedding date...or appearance by Tony Danza.

Alyssa Milano is engaged to Hollywood agent David Bugliari, Access Hollywood has learned. The couple, who have been dating for more than a year, got engaged Dec. 18, a representative for the actress said in a statement to Access.

Alyssa Milano and Bugliari have not picked a wedding date yet.

"I've gotten such -- about my dating choices," she told Details in 2007 of her penchant for romancing Major League pitchers (including Carl Pavano, Barry Zito and Brad Penny). "Like, every single article ... is about how I'm 'the chick that dates athletes ... '" She added, "I'd love to just find a good plumber or doctor." For now, an agent will have to do.
