Editorial - Union President Speaks Out

This letter is in response to Mayor Kasprzaks statement in the Press Republican on 12/22/07 regarding “Mayor will seek concessions the City Unions.” Mr. Lotemplio says I did not return any phone calls from the Press.   Hello-I was having surgery on 12/21.   Again, Mr. Lotemplio lacks the professionalism for presenting facts.   For the Mayor to go to the Press with these statements when there was no way I could have responded shows exactly what kind a Mayor and Press Reporter we are dealing... Editorial - Mayor or Sandbox Bully?

The following letter appeared in the Sunday January 13th edition of the Plattsburgh Press Republican: TO THE EDITOR:   Your editorial writer is seriously embarrassing your paper’s reputation by jumping into bed with Mayor Kasprzak.  The editorial you headlined “Stewart spending must be proved” is over the top.  It aids and abets the Mayor’s practice of loudly attacking everything he thinks will generate headline(and with your help it usually does) and whacking anybody who appears vulnerable...
