Poitrenaud extends contract with Toulouse

France fullback Clement Poitrenaud extended his contract for three years with French champions Toulouse on Tuesday with the option of extending it for another two years. The 26-year-old - capped 35 times since his test debut in 2001 - has been with Toulouse all his playing career having come through the youth system.
