France fullback Clement Poitrenaud extended his contract for three years with French champions Toulouse on Tuesday with the option of extending it for another two years. The 26-year-old - capped 35 times since his test debut in 2001 - has been with Toulouse all his playing career having come through the youth system. "Clement Poitrenaud will be with Toulouse till at least 2012," read a statement from the club.
