This is a probably an anxiety attack (also known as panic attack). You might have social anxiety or social phobia, something like that. You should see a psychologist about it.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI – Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
