Here is how you can get the new Club Penguin Blue Cape.
Step 1. Go to the gift shop.
Step 2. Click on the magazine icon in the lower right called, "Penguin Style July '07."
Step 3. Go to about page 12 where you see the Flower Basket.
Step 4. Click on the Flower Basket.
YOU HAVE NOW FOUND THE CLUB PENGUIN Blue Cape!
Why do you get a Blue Cape out of a Flower Basket? What a weird cheat.
