The wristlet is essentially a large coin purse with a permanently attached bracelet you can ware on your wrist. Coach is a world renowned manufacturer of premium quality leather goods and handbags. My college days are over, and my days are super busy. For the most part, I carry a Tote now, but I still use a wristlet for a couple of reasons. First, I use my wristlet to maintain order. It would simply be to chaotic in my bag if everything was just thrown in there. I use it to carry the little things like extra contacts, small lotion, Tylenol, eye drops, tide to go pen, lip gloss, etc.. And second, on the not so busy days, I like it because I can just grab it and go. There are some times when a larger bag like the Tote is just not necessary. On these occasions the wristlet allows me to travel light, but still carry the essentials. It’s also perfect for nights on the town, and traveling. When I fly, I’ll attach my Wristlet to my laptop case, and the airline doesn’t count it as one of my carry-ons.
It’s perfect for petite women, but could be unflattering for the full figured women. When you select a handbag, you always want to keep size and shape in mind. A smaller woman will look even smaller if she’s carrying a giant tote or hobo. The reverse is true with the Wristlet. Large women may appear even larger when carrying a Wristlet, and may want to reach for a larger bag.
