I dont think there is a cocktail more glamorous than a Martini, but sometimes its nice to 'jazz' it up abit, and as I love strawberries, what could be better than combining the two and make a Strawberry Martini The ingredients are........ 2 Shots Russian Standard Vodka 0.5 Shot De Kuyper Crème De Cassis 3 Strawberries 1 Teaspoon Caster Sugar 0.5 Shot Lime Juice Muddle (crush) strawberries in a cocktail shaker then add the other ingredients. The Raspberry Tart is a lovely 'pink' cocktail to have on a hot summers day The ingredients are....... 2 Shots of Chambord Raspberry Liqueur 8 Raspberries 1 Shot Lime Juice 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream (I used organic strawberry) Blend all the ingredients together with crushed ice then strain into a glass.
