Canadian singer/pianist Béatrice Martin, better known as Coeur de Pirate, released her much-anticipated sophomore release, Blonde, on November 8th via Grosse Boite Records. The harpsichordist Béatrice Martin was born at Annecy in 1973, began her keyboard studies at the age of six and completed her training at the Geneva Conservatoire, where she was awarded first prize in 1992.
