Kroger Co. is replacing law enforcement officers hired to guard the Dayton-area stores with private security guards, according to WDTN-TV Channel 2.
Kroger has announced it plans to terminate 73 undercover police officers from its 29 stores throughout Greater Dayton and replace those positions with uniformed and armed security guards, WDTN reported.
