PRINCESS Diana's slimy brother Earl Spencer has been holidaying with a new girlfriend - just months after it was revealed he walked out on his second family.

Spencer flew to South Africa just before Christmas to spend time with his four children by his first wife Victoria.

But the love-rat Earl, 52, has been spending much of his time with glamorous 33-year-old US television reporter Coleen Sullivan.
