Anne Heche and her much-hated ex-husband Coley Laffoon have hired a parenting coach to teach them how to take care of their unfortunate 7-year-old son Homer, because neither of them can seem to figure it out on their own. Anne Heche doesn't plan on taking another walk down the aisle any time soon.
Although the 40-year-old actress and her former Men in Trees costar James Tupper , 44, have been dating for two years, she feels no need to make things official with a marriage certificate.
"I hope not!" Heche told reporters last night at Judith Leiber's Rodeo Drive store opening when asked if she and Tupper are planning to marry. "I want to stay in love."

Anne Heche and her five-year marriage to Coleman Laffoon is officially over, but not without having to pay out a little 'love' money. A judge ruled that Heche must pay $275,000 to Laffoon, and monthly child-support payments for the needs and care of their 6-year-old son, Homer, according to court documents released last week. Former lesbian Anne Heche says she can't afford to pay child support since "Men In Trees" got canceled, and she lost her job.
The judge granted Heche a reprieve in monthly payments of $14,978 to her ex-husband Coley Laffoon for the care six-year-old son Homer.
