From the remains of a demolished western Kentucky hotel have sprung up a fundraising opportunity for a children's mission that is selling bricks from the old Executive Inn Rivermont.
Denney Excavating, the company in charge of the demolition last month, offered St. Joseph's Peace Mission for Children as many bricks from the landmark hotel as it wanted, the Owensboro Messenger-Inquirer reported.
