Rep. Aaron Schock, R-Peoria, and Rep. Phil Hare, D-Rock Island, debated moving some Guantanamo Bay detainees to Thomson prison on MSNBC’s "Hardball" with Chris Matthews.   When asked if he would have stopped waterboarding as President Obama did, Schock said he would not limit waterboarding or any other “alternative torture technique” if it means saving American’s lives.
