The parents of a southern Minnesota teenager who once fled the state to avoid chemotherapy are asking a judge to end the court's role in the case, saying they are following the advice of doctors and making sure their son gets the best medical care. 13 year Old Daniel Hauser CBS News reports that today Brown County District Judge John Rodenberg issued an arrest warrant Tuesday for the mother of a 13-year-old boy resisting chemotherapy after the pair missed a court hearing on his welfare.” The wife apparently fled with the boy.
