Colleen Shipman has started back up at work and is trying to avoid the massive media storm surrounding Lisa Nowak.

"She's holding up well considering the circumstances," said a base official. "Capt. Shipman also asked me to pass along that she appreciates the support she's received from her friends, family, and the wing."

This has got to be a nightmare for her... first of all get stalked by a crazy astronaut, then getting pepper sprayed, and now showing up on CNN in a "love triangle" story. Ugh!
