In a not so shocking decision Friday, the Louisiana State University football team let go of quarterback
Ryan Perrilloux . In a statement, head coach Les Miles sad that Perrilloux, "didn't fulfill his obligation as an LSU student-athlete."
This isn't exactly a surprise. After more than a few run-ins with the law and school, Perrilloux permanently scarred his career. He required discipline from law officials, the school and the team regularly. After becoming involved in a counterfeiting investigation, and being caught trying to enter a Baton Rouge casino, with a fake ID, he was suspended all of last summer.
Aside from this, he was also involved in an altercation at a nightclub last November, but was eventually cleared of all wrongdoing. It is also rumored that the quarterback failed a drug test, missed team meetings, skipped classes and has been late for conditioning workouts.
Perrilloux is a sophomore at the school, and will finish the current semester at LSU. No news on where the young quarterback that was once compared to Donovan McNabb, will go from here.
