Rented Textbooks – Blessing to the needy students

Renting Textbooks has become very common of late, thanks to the increasing prices of first hand books.   You could always rent textbooks since there would automatically be a saving of 65-85% as compared to the campus prices.  There are many websites where you could rent the books.  Just sign in for the account and click the book of your choice.  This way you could buy the books and make the payment through your credit card.

The cost of these rented textbooks is not very high.  There are not extra costs and hence buying these rented textbooks makes sense.  The rentals may fluctuate slightly depending on the method of shipping.  If the shipping is a normal one, you would not have to pay extra.  But if you are opting for speedy shipping, then you would have to pay something more.   The same textbooks would cost you 85% more as compared to the rented textbook.  So you need to decide for yourself whether you want to buy them or just rent them out.

One word of caution, make sure you maintain these rented textbooks well because you would have to return them to the store before the due date.  Highlighting and unnecessary scribbling should be avoided because you would have to pay an additional fine if they are not in good condition.  It is important to note that if you use these books well, they can be used by some other needy person.  After all, everyone wants to save on some money.  This is the very goal behind going in for rented textbooks.

Once the rented textbooks have catered to your use, they would now have to be returned back.  For this, you would have to go to the company's website, click on the button and just say submit.  In return, the company would give you a prepaid shipping receipt which would mention the details of the rent textbooks . The next step is to pack these rented textbooks, go and deposit them to the closest deposit box.  If you adhere to the terms and conditions and due date, you are saved from paying that additional fee.  Otherwise, you would have to be an extra fee.  Similarly, default in following the due date would result in extra payment.  If you fail to return the books within a fortnight, the company assumes that you are interested in buying those books and you will have to pay the additional bill.

If you want to give back the rented textbooks, make sure to maintain them well.  Otherwise, the company would not take it back and you would also not get back your money.  The money would be sent to you if the rented textbooks are in good readable condition.  Normally, payments are made every fortnight.  www.knetbooks.com is into the business of renting out textbooks and helping out needy students who cannot afford to spend a huge sum on buying textbooks outright.  It aids students to procure these textbooks.  They are indirectly making a huge contribution to the field of education.
