Colombia’s two largest guerilla groups, the FARC and ELN, have announced plans to cooperate in their fight against the government of President Alvaro Uribe. The groups announced the move in a joint statement published on the New Colombia News Agency (ANNCOL) website, which is sympathetic to their cause.
