These are undoubtedly not signs and symptoms of cancer but only your medical doctor will be capable to diagnose your problem (if there is 1).
If you would experience better, see your regular medical professional 1st and if necessary, you may well be referred to a gastroenterologist.
This is far more of an anxiety problem than something else. Great luck.

I believe you are great but the only way to be sure is to chat to your doctor. Any kind of physician will do and will be far more than joyful to put your brain at ease. Two signs I know of colon cancer is diarrhea and blood stools. You have neither so I would not stress about it. I would advise that to set your thoughts at ease to find a medical professionals advice. They will much better be ready to make clear to you what I have just said.

If you sort in colon cancer signs and go to yahoo you will get some answers .If you feel like somethings incorrect its finest to get a exam and get it more than then to find out its to late. I had a knot in my abdomin I thought was a hernie and I waited virtually two many years and found out I haVE Stage 4 LYMPHOMA , so its better safe then sorry. and yes go to a GI medical doctor.
im a 32 yr previous, healthful, vegetarian..I have no family background of colon cancer. I have had a change in bowel movements for about three weeks…at times constipation, but in no way really went a complete day without a bowel movement. not to be gross, but it just wasn’t the same texture..it was not very hard, like common, and wasnt quite free either. someplace in the center. I have had occasional minor stomach pains, not truly concentrated in a single place..occasionally on the left, sometimes on the correct, occasionally close to the best or 2nd-third rib. i have not witnessed any blood following I go to the bathroom. are these colon cancer indicators? i want to go to a Dr but dont even know what sort to go to…do I go to a G.I. (gastroentorologist?)..there was even 1 day wherever I had slight indigestion..
