There are many new car models that reminds us of the cars that were popular during our childhood. Many retiring baby boomers buy modern cars with all the modern features that closely resemble their favorite cars back in the day. And why not, of course, some intelligent automotive executives and designers understand what boomers want, what they are willing to pay for these cars and to produce as fast as they can. And they sell some of them like hotcakes.

But I ask you, why we need a human car designers to come up with these new models, like the old? All we really need to do is show a variety of transportation, prototypes, and perceptions of the artists’ of the future for new cars of various models and then ask the potential buyers what they like best. Then we can use this information and a special program from its CADCAM software engineering, artificial intelligence technology and let the computer algorithms to design cars that people are inclined to buy.

Perhaps the 1959 Corvette Sting Ray, which is a slightly modified version and a ‘facilitated by today’s standards would have sold better.
