How to protect IT on shop floor
We are called to many companys who have tried to create their own enclosure, as we all know anyone can make a steel box, however it is the “special parts inside”, that make the difference! The worst case I personally saw, was a PC and monitor on a factory shop floor, covered with a plastic bag…
They’d had a few technical problems, with the PC losing data - no wonder, so we provided them with a trial unit, after 3 weeks, they placed an order for 14 units, because they saw the benefits of protecting the IT equipment properly.
