Boy, I could just smack myself in the head! Mr. Sullivan is right. It's all right here in this manual--Tax and Spend for Dummies. Sorry, folks. I'm kind of new here in the House, still learning the budget ropes, you might say. I've been asking for twenty thousand here, fifty thousand there, and turns out--I'm way off the mark! So...let's get to it! Here in Oklahoma we have a big problem with illegal chickens. Each day, a hundred illegal chickens cross the state line..no papers, no nothin'. Stopping illegal poultry importation, that should run...one billion dollars. Non-regulation window tinting. Big, big problem in Oklahoma. I figure, conservatively...one billion to fight black market window tinting. Sneeze control. One billion. Back pay for out-of-work telegraph operators. One billion. "Free Toothbrush Tuesday"...an Oklahoma tradition!--another billion. And lest I forget...one billion for the J. Fred Muggs School of Accounting. Huh. It ain't that complicated! I'm thinking...me and the chimp, we can do this!
