In a story, " Shot in space " a local liberal editorial board questions if, "criteria needed for weighing risks and benefits, and determining when [space] launches are warranted? Are adequate protocols in place for warning other nations about well-intended shoot-downs? Is a new treaty needed to restrict the development and use of anti-satellite weaponry?
